Announcing Notate for Microsoft 365

For years, enterprise versions of Notate have been serving global Fortune 500 firms, and a lite consumer version of Notate has served the needs of individuals, but there was not an offering to fit the needs of small businesses and prosumers.

If you haven’t already heard, Microsoft is rebranding Office 365 as Microsoft 365 and at the same time, launching the consumer version of its productivity subscription.   Microsoft 365 is used by over a million companies worldwide.

It offers mobile and desktop access to the Microsoft Office suite, as well as email and advanced collaboration tools.

Today we are pleased to announce the release of Notate for Microsoft 365.  Our new product is designed to meet the needs of small and mid-size businesses who are adopting the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) cloud.  It has all the same advanced productivity and collaboration features as our Enterprise products, but it can be purchased directly from the app store by individual users.

Notate is the ultimate Office 365 Information Manager. It assists small businesses in remote work and improves team collaboration.

Features of the new product include:

-- Email - View and edit email attachments
-- Notes - Capture everything important
-- Tasks - Make your work manageable
-- Calendar - Collaborate in meetings
-- Contacts - Scan business cards directly into Outlook
-- Files - Find and edit email attachments with ease
-- PDF - Fill out forms, annotate, comment, and sign documents

All syncing with a Microsoft 365 account!
